At Dignity HMC, we believe in taking care of the whole person. Our holistic medical team consists of a nurse practitioner and LVN with a combined 46 years of experience, and 20 years in direct care of HIV patients.

We can provide routine checkups and deal with acute illnesses. We can also complete medication reviews, lab work, and viral load monitoring. Our experienced medical team gets to know patients personally and can provide professional and compassionate care to help people with HIV.

Cindy Crawford, (NP)

Cindy Crawford is a highly skilled healthcare professional with an extensive background in nursing. Originally from Virginia, she relocated to Abilene, Texas, in 1989. Cindy commenced her nursing career in 1994, progressing from a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to a Registered Nurse (RN), and subsequently achieving the status of Nurse Practitioner from Hardin Simmons University in 2012.

With a wealth of experience spanning various healthcare domains, including Geriatrics, Oncology/Hematology, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Home Health, Hospice, Gynecology, and HIV Care, Cindy brings a diverse skill set to her practice.

For the past 7 years, Cindy has been a valuable asset to Dignity Health Management Center. In her role, she not only contributes to the provision of high-quality HIV care but also plays a crucial role in offering primary care to address a spectrum of acute and chronic conditions. Her dedication to patient well-being and comprehensive healthcare has made her an integral part of the healthcare team at Dignity.
